So, today at Liondance, we were supposed to go early and practice for our performance on Sunday (Oct.11,2009).  But, we didn’t really do much… When I got there, Fong and Darren were shaking those coffee cream things.  They wanted to make butter.  So I joined :D … About 3 hours later, we finished shaking and decided to open up the cream thing to see how much butter we made. (Of course pouring out the extra cream) Not so much… xD Even though I started approximately 20 min after them, I still had more >=D!!

Mmm…Butter….NOT. Did I mention it didn’t smell too nice?!

Yesterday was a very busy day.  Firstly, doing the usual saturday routine of going out with the family and eatting “brunch”.  After that is grocery shopping!  Yesterday’s schedule was a bit different than the others.  We went out a bit earlier so that we wouldn’t be rushing ourselves throughout the rest of the day.  The next stop was Esther’s house.  We had to go pick her up so we could go to the UofA open house.  My parents dropped us off at Belevedere (Thanks daddy and mommy :D ), and we LRT’ed all the way to UofA.  One of our “friends” decided that the Health and Sciences stop was closer (Which, it isn’t!), so we stopped there and froze our butts off walking to the butterdome!  Once we got there, we looked around and picked up free stuff and informational things.  After a few hours, Esther left, and my parents came to pick me up.  Our next stop was… Southgate. Oh joy.  I’ve always wanted to go there ever since it renovated, so finally we went!  This experience wasn’t so great though.  We were there for three whole hours, just cause my dad didn’t want to drive anywhere else before he drove us (me and my sister) to the concert.  After Southgate, my dad drove to Jubilee, where our concert was held, and my sister was so excited to see Jason Mraz.  Outside the concert hall, they were selling Jason Mraz merchandise, and my sister wanted his hat (well, she probably wanted everything, but it was too expensive).  She -thought- didn’t have cash, and that’s all they accepted, so she was sad.  After, she found some money in her “secret stash”, and bought the hat.  Then, we went inside and waited for the concert to start.

Once it turned 7:30, the host dude/warm-up “band”, or well, singer, started.  He was pretty interesting…

Oh, yeah, during the openning act, there was some funny looking instrument players!

Then, after a while, Jason Mraz came in and started!

He sang songs (obviously), and everyone enjoyed them.

A girl, whom I forgot the name of, also came out and sang Lucky with Jason.

After that, he “ended”, but everyone wanted an encore! so he came back! With the openning dude/host guy.

And after that, it was really time for goodbye. They took a bow and it was all over.

What a busy day, and what a night!
Oh yeah, during the concert, it was hilarious. Some people were screaming across the concert hall to each other. Some strangers that is.
Guy: “I LOVE YOU”
Girls: “WE LOVE YOU MORE!”
Guy: “WHATEVER!!”
-
Guy: “ADD ME ON FACEBOOK”
Girls: “WHAT’S YOUR NAME?!”
Guy: “LEO”
And inbetween, Jason made comments like
“it’s nice to see you people get along!”
and
“This was textmessaging 10 years ago”
Hahha, funniest part of the day :D

Oh yeah, I also recorded one of his songs (Never Too Late (The Only Life You Can Save)) :
